Katherine LaVelle

Katherine LaVelle, a Partner within Accenture's Washington DC office, leads the firm's Washington DC Financial Services practice.  Ms. LaVelle's areas of expertise include merger integration, organization design, learning and HR management and outsourcing.

 

As Managing Partner of Accenture's North American Human Performance practice for Financial Services clients, Katherine has helped numerous banking and capital markets clients assess the human performance impacts of global change programs, then develop and implement strategies and solutions to optimize workforce performance.  She also helps companies address the human impacts of major technology implementations. 

 

Katherine has led several pro-bono consulting efforts for non-profit organizations in New York and Washington DC, including the Robin Hood Foundation, NPower NY, and Bread for the City.  Katherine holds an M.B.A. from Georgetown University and a B.S. in International Business from Arizona State University.
