Mr. Giganti is Director of Regardie, Brooks & Lewis, CPAS' Not-for-Profit Client Services Group. Mr. Giganti has more than twenty-five years of experience which includes a broad range of disciplines, specializing in not-for-profit organizations. Organizations serve include trade and professional associations, membership organizations, public charities, union and employee benefit plans, and others.
Mr. Giganti is active in several professional organizations and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Greater Washington Society of CPAs (nonprofit committee), and the Finance and Business Operations Council of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
Mr. Giganti's articles have been published nationally in publications such as ASAE's Association Management, Dollars & Cents, and Association Trends. Mr. Giganti is a lecturer on association tax and accounting topics. Presentations have included discussions on Sarbanes-Oxley, international taxation of associations, financial and tax reporting of chapter or subsidiary organizations, and preventing fraud in a not-for-profit organization.
