Blake Bath

Blake is the Chief Executive Officer of Bay Bridge Capital Management, LLC in Bethesda MD. Bay Bridge is an alternative asset management company formed to invest in the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors.

Blake was previously the Managing Director and senior equity research analyst for Lehman Brothers. He was the firm's lead analyst covering Wireline and Wireless Telecommunications Services, concentrating on regional Bell operating companies, rural local exchange carriers, wireless service providers, long distance carriers, and tower companies.  He also coordinated the firm's telecom research activities.

Prior to joining Lehman Brothers as a senior analyst in 1996, Blake was the primary telecommunications analyst at Sanford C. Bernstein from 1992 to 1996.  He was an analyst in the Strategic Planning and Corporate Finance organizations at MCI Communications from 1989 to 1992.

Blake's research efforts have been widely recognized in surveys of institutional investors.  He has placed in the top ten of the Institutional Investor and Greenwich Associates poll each year in the last decade, and has placed in the top five of these polls each of the last four years.  In 2002, 2003, and 2004, he was ranked on Institutional Investor's All America Research Team.

Blake received a M.B.A. from Columbia University in 1988.  He received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1984.  He and his wife, Sydney, and their three children live in Chevy Chase, Maryland.
