Joan Lillich

Joan Lillich is a Director in CGI’s Management Consulting group responsible for developing and delivering services to commercial, federal, state and local customers. Joan has 20 years of experience leading change and transitions that accompany mergers/acquisitions, large system implementations and business process renewal.

Joan’s areas of expertise include organization design, organizational change, leadership development and alignment of businesses. It also includes workforce performance delivered through job competency development from knowledge transfer, learning, knowledge sharing, and coaching/mentoring programs.

Joan holds a Masters in Organizational Management from George Washington University’s Fellows program and a BA in Art and Physics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Joan resides in Clifton, VA and is devoted to her  husband, daughter (who is  greatly enjoying college life at  Elon University), and rescue dog.
