His technical certifications include MCSE, CCNA, and A+. His clients are particularly fond of his easy going attitude and humor in the face of user meltdown.
A native Marylander, Matt attended the University of Maryland, graduating in seven years instead of the usual four (please don't call him Doctor Gervase). His degree is in criminal justice and criminology.
