Benjamin Hendricks

Sr. Technologist

Benjamin Hendricks has over 15 years of experience in technical planning and project management, with special expertise in document workflow design, business process improvement, and design/management of technical call centers. For the past eight years, Ben has been Manager of Information Services for the Girl Scout Council of the Nations' Capital (GSCNC), a non-profit serving over 75,000 girls and adult volunteers in the Washington metropolitan area. During his tenure at GSCNC, Ben managed the design and deployment of several Internet-enabled event management, fundraising, and distance learning systems, as well as a 'digital paper' forms system to simplify the volunteer recordkeeping burden. Before joining the Girl Scouts, Ben managed several technical support call centers for manufacturing and software firms involved in legal services, healthcare, environmental analysis, and civil engineering. Ben holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Finance from the University of Alabama. Roll Tide!

Ben lives with wife Jennifer and son Sam in Silver Spring, Maryland. If he's not in the kitchen preparing something fattening and ethnic, he's probably on the back porch peering through a telescope.
