2008 Technology Innovation Award

What is it?
The annual NPower Greater DC Region Technology Innovation Award (TIA), presented by Accenture recognizes nonprofits in our community whose innovative use of technology enables them to more effectively fulfill their mission. The winners are announced at our annual luncheon.
Who can apply?
New this year! We are accepting applications in different budget categories - small and large.
Specifically, TIA judges will chose four finalists.

Two with budgets from $500,000 - $2,000,000

Two with budgets over $2,000,000
What do you get?
Thanks to our generous sponsors, this year's finalists will each receive:

Opportunity to present their innovation to our esteemed judges;

Opportunity to present their organization's video at the luncheon;

Two complementary tickets to the luncheon on October 17;

Software provided by Microsoft, valued up to $25,000; and

A Stable and Secure Technology Audit, provided by Accenture
In addition to the prizes above, the two winners (one in each category) will each receive:

$1,000 in cash; and

Strategic Technology Assessment, provided by NPower Greater DC Region, underwritten by Accenture, valued at $10,000.
